CD-ROM Installation Problems

Problems have been encountered while trying to install the MicroBiz System from the CD-ROM. That is to say, the install itself could not be completed due to non-MicroBiz errors occurring during the installation.

It is necessary that the CD-ROM Drive is in perfect working order and the CD itself is kept clean.

If you encounter these types of problems during the install, please try the following:

• Check the properties of the CD-ROM Drive through the Windows capabilities.
• Handle the CD with care.
• If necessary, clean the CD with Isopropyl Alcohol.
