Lock-ups during monthly update on Novell Networks

Problem: System locks up on end of month update

Solution: Need to increase the number of record locks on the Novell Server to the maximum number. You need to contact Novell and get the instructions on increasing the number of record locks. Most network administrators experienced with Novell should be capable of making these adjustments.
