 Fatal Exception Error (C00000FD)This error occurs when the MicroBiz Business Controller needs to be re-indexed. If the Business Controller program is running across a network, then all other computers must exit from the Business Controller program. The following procedure for correcting this error is more easily performed from the server. From the Windows DESKTOP: Click on the START button, select "PROGRAMS", then "MS DOS PROMPT". This will take you to a "C:\WINDOWS>" prompt. Type: CD\BUSINESS [ENTER] This will give you a "C:\BUSINESS>" prompt. Type: ATTRIB -r -h [ENTER] This returns you to a "C:\BUSINESS>" prompt. Type: DEL *.CDX [ENTER] This returns you to a "C:\BUSINESS>" prompt. Type: EXIT to return to the Windows DESKTOP. Double click the MicroBiz ICON to load the program.
