Using the NCI Weightronics Scale

The software currently supports model #6702,6710,6720 scales. We are utilizing a WEDGE interface. This can be purchased from the vendor of the scale or directly from MicroBiz. After setting up the scale and connecting the wedge interface to the keyboard connector, you are ready to ring items.

Enter an item into Add/Edit inventory. Be sure to set BULK to Y.

Go to the Work Screen and put the item on the scale. Scan or ring up the item. The system will prompt you for the Weight. Press the F12 key and the scale will automatically input the weight.

MicroBiz no longer supports serial scales.
