To get a Pole Display to work with MicroBiz running Windows 2000 you need to do the following:

1. Go to Start > Run > Type in: regedit.
2. Click on the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.
3. Scroll down and find the "Licenses" key.
4. Next click on the "DB4C0D00-400B-101B-A3C9-08002B2F49FB" key.
5. Then double click on the value for the above mentioned key inside the pane on the right side.
6. Type in the value "windows", then click ok.
7. Close out of regedit.
8. Enter MicroBiz, and go to Management> Customize > Hardware Settings.
9. You should receive a message telling you that "The license in the Windows Registry is not updated."
10. Click on "yes"
11. Finally test the Display under the "Pole Display" tab
