Join the Team -- Be a MicroBiz Beta Tester
Do you want to get your hands on MicroBiz software's newest upgrades and features before they are released? If so, contact us
to become a Business Controller beta tester. As part of the team you can get the first look at our new features and technology,
and you'll have an opportunity to make suggestions for future versions.
Reason for the Beta Test Program
The MicroBiz Beta Test Program is designed to expose pre-release software to a wide variety of customers and businesses in the
"real world." Beta testers receive pre-release software and documentation and send us their feedback.
The Goals
The primary objective is to catch anomalies that may occur in a production environment before they affect our customer's
businesses. We would also like to identify technical support and work flow issues, so that we can improve our own business processes.
Another objective is to evaluate the effectiveness and completeness of the documentation provided with the software.
Your Opinions and Recommendations
The planned feature set for this version of the MicroBiz Business Controller has already been determined. However, your
requests for new features to be included in future releases are still greatly appreciated. Please feel free to send us
suggestions for improvements at any time.
Requirements
To participate in the beta program, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You must have access to a test computer with Windows 2000 or XP
professional installed that is not used for actual sales. Windows NT,
Windows 2000 Server, windows95, and windows ME are not supported. Ideally,
we would like to have as many users as possible for each of the two
platforms: Windows 2000 or XP professional.
- You must have a valid support contract with our Tech Support department.
- You must be capable of extracting compressed files using a zip program.
- You must have access to a local or network printer.
- You must have access to the Internet for e-mail and downloads.
- You must agree to submit activity reports and comments as needed via e-mail.
- You must execute our beta test agreement (which you will see when you click below).
It is important to understand that beta software has not been tested as thoroughly as released software. We don't expect there to be any serious problems with the software, but if you do discover any problems, we're counting on you to let us know about them.
