If possible, print the error and email it to us for further documentation . To print the error hit the PRINT SCREEN button (F13) when you see the error. Open PAINT (found in the Start/ Programs/ Accessories folder. Hold down the CONTROL key (bottom corner on the left or right on most qwerty keyboards) and press V. You should see the error appear in Paint. Save the file as a bitmap image or BMP and either print it or attach it to an email and send it to us. Keep a copy for yourself so you have a record of what went wrong.
